Bumblebee - Component - Tutorial - Fundraiser

This is a fundraiser-listing for a full-color 10-page PDF which will show you step by step how to make the Bumblebee.  You will receive an e-mail with a link to the download of the tutorial - you will neither receive the Bumblebee pictured above, nor the photo of the bee which served as example. There are no instructions regarding the addition of findings, since it is likely that it will be used in a beaded floral composition of your choice. 

The bee measures 20 mm x 10mm, which is approximately the same size as those visiting the flowers on my balcony. Like the real bee, it has two pairs of wings, one smaller than the other. The longer wings measure 12mm x 5mm.

The instructions are in English with very clear, detailed, full-color illustrations and pictures, easy to understand.

Techniques:

Dimensional Peyote “petals”

Level: advanced intermediate (meaning that you should be a good intermediate) with knowledge of peyote stitch and herringbone stitch.

Materials: Size 15/0 black seed beads, Size 15/0 transparent transparent dark topaz AB, Size 15/0 opaque white, Size 15/0 transparent luster crystal, KO thread grey, Fireline, 4 lb, crystal, Size 10 and size 12 needles (or thinner)

Important note: avoid printing, my patterns are designed for use with tablets and may print very large.
